I love see food and especially lobster but that stuff is so rich if I ate it for breakfast all I would get done is setting on the throne.   

 

I think I will just grab some coffee.

Just coffee for me Thanks I don't generally eat a big breakfast. But the lobster looks good and I'm sure it will keep for dinner perhaps I could get a doggy bag?

I  will have just coffee. I had lobster once at Red Lobster . we were with my  sister in law and husband he also had lobster and it played on his plate just staring at me, Never wanted lobster again.. any sausage gravy and biscuits

Not so fast. I'm thinking that lobster chopped up into an omelet would be pretty darned tasty. I'll be happy to take a chance on the digestive distress for a nice lobster omelet. Perhaps a memos would be appropriate with that. Might as well trash the entire day.

Yeah...just the usual workload - only now I'm putting an exhibition together for a local gallery who've caught on to me. It's a bit daunting really, but good all the same. I've also had some interest from a government funded timber recycling project who want to sell my plaque & decorative stuff. It's all nice, but a bit overwhelming all to be happening at once. I'll be posting here in the village again soon (it feels like I've been gone for ages!) I hope you and all the family are keeping well mate.

Well Nick it DOES seem daunting but I'm sure you'll cope with it all. It's all to the good that you've been noticed. You've worked hard and now you've got some recognition in the right in the right places.  I sincerely hope it all works out for you.
