First of all I'd like to thank my friend the Amazing Kevin, for the design and the encouragement. This is done in Basswood. I'm still learning how to cut thicker hardwoods like Walnut.

Looks fine to me ,tention and slower speed needed to keep the bow out especially on turn ,center of the blade has to catch up ,true on stacking also,looks like you did fine !!

There is several ways to reduce and eliminate the "bow" in the cut.  One is to use a #9 blade cut slow turn slow and not push too much.  The other is to use a spiral blade this has the advantage that it will cut a straight kerf but has the disadvantage that you have to practice using them.  Either way your box looks great.  Practice will make them easier to make.  Thanks for sharing this with us.

It was in a magazine. Nice job on the box. glad to see people pushing their personal envelope and trying new things. that is one of the biggest satisfactions you can get.
