LarryEA Posted May 31, 2015 Report Posted May 31, 2015 (edited) I had a Doctor's visit and the Nurse asked if I needed my prescriptions refilled. 'Yes', I said. 'Which ones?' she asked. 'All of them.', I responded. So after the visit I go to the pharmacy to pick up my prescriptions. Here's how it goes. Attendant: 'Can I help you?' Me: Prescriptions for Larry Allen please.' Attendant gets bag and rings it up... Attendant: ' That will be $264 Dollars for your 3 prescriptions.' Me (shocked): ' And without the Cialis, how much are the other two prescriptions?' Att: ' $2.00.' she says. Me: ' How many Cialis pills?' Att: ' six.' I paid the $2.00 and headed home... So life goes. As for my Doctors visit, a few issues. Had Blood work done and June 4th will get results. Prayerfully all is easily corrected. Stay tuned. Edited May 31, 2015 by LarryEA Birchbark and amazingkevin 2 Quote

wombatie Posted June 2, 2015 Report Posted June 2, 2015 I went to the chemist today and paid $144 but that was for 6 scripts. I would normally have been unhappy with the cost but not after reading your post Larry. I am happy when I get my needles for free, thats because the government decided that all drug users should be able to get free needles to cut down on drug related infections so then they thought oh perhaps people will be unhappy with this so we will give diabetics free needles too.. So generous. Hi Larry, I'm glad I live this side of the pond so to speak!
