edward Posted October 23, 2016 Report Posted October 23, 2016 Had my craft show yesterday, and did about the same as last year $200, traffic was so so and took about two hours before I sold anything. The first thing I sold was a $5 nativity ornament, sold about ten different ornaments all together, that five dollars adds up, also sold a couple bigger items, couldn't display all my items as space was limited to eight foot, which I wasn't use too. The remaining shows that I have left will have the space that I am use too, have a week to get caught up and then every weekend in November will be filled into the first weekend in December. Will try and post pictures later if they turn out. Edward Phantom Scroller, NC Scroller, Scrolling Steve and 2 others 5 Quote
Fish Posted October 23, 2016 Report Posted October 23, 2016 Good to hear it went well. Great job. Quote
NC Scroller Posted October 23, 2016 Report Posted October 23, 2016 That is not bad. I doubt I could do a show with only 1 8' table. I am used to 10' x 10' spaces or there about. As you know the closer you get to Christmas the better the sales normally are. GOOD LUCK with the rest. Quote
ike Posted October 23, 2016 Report Posted October 23, 2016 good show . Most of my shows are *' tables and it is hard to get every thing on an *' table, so i limit my stuff to the high profit items. IKE Quote
Phantom Scroller Posted October 23, 2016 Report Posted October 23, 2016 Good show then Ed always nice to make a few pennies before Christmas. Roly SCROLLSAW703 1 Quote
WayneMahler Posted October 23, 2016 Report Posted October 23, 2016 Good show Ed. Always nice to hear someone doing good. I could not limit myself to 1 8 foot table. We did a show yesterday and I had 3 8 footers and they were a little more cramped then I liked. The closer we get to Christmas the better the sales will be. We pulled in about $350 above the costs so I was happy with that. I did not get a chance to take any photos. Foot traffic was slower then anticipated. Keep up the good work SCROLLSAW703 1 Quote

meflick Posted October 25, 2016 Report Posted October 25, 2016 Sounds like things went well for a small show and you are just getting kicked off for the holiday selling season. I look forward to hearing more as the season moves forward. Thanks for sharing. Glad Wayne is off to a great start as well. Always good to clear a profit after initial expenses have been paid. Look forward to hearing more from all of you doing shows to see how they are going. Quote
