Delvaughn they are ring holders for the gem stone lady's mall booth.She has me make a lot of things for her for 2 years now.and it all started from making her name from some mulch she had offered for free on craig's list.Amazing.She is over the moon with all the things i can do with the scroll saw for her too. The cones are wood in a triangle shape so any size ring fits over them.She does wire windings on stones ,gems etc.These a re wire copper rings for $5.00 a piece.the cones are just to display the rings for sale.She sells alot.
