I'm waiting for DeWalt to offer up the same saw to Woodcraft at the same price!

I only buy saws locally in case I need to return.

Been burned twice by having a saw shipped.

If you saw how UPS and FedEx handled their packages you would not buy anything fragile that could be damaged in transit.

I've bought 3 shop tools from Grizzly and their customer service has been absolutely fantastic. I purchased a 14" bandsaw. a 20" DeWalt scroll saw and a 14 speed drill press. Had a minor issue with the band saw and within 3 days I had the replacement part in hand no hassle, no charge.  I would not hesitate for an instant in ordering from them again!!

I have a Woodcraft near me and made the mistake of ordering my Excaliber from them. It took almost 6 months to get it, and I had to get the area rep from Excaliber involved to get it. hen tried to get my son's DeWalt from them. I will never order another thing from them. If it isn't in the store I buy it somewhere else. Just my opinion.
