oldhudson Posted November 7, 2017 Report Posted November 7, 2017 What fun and what a good use of off-cuts. I always thought there might be money in doll furniture, given what parents and grandparents spend on dolls each year. High chairs, regular chairs and tables, cradles and so on. Quote
Lucky2 Posted November 8, 2017 Report Posted November 8, 2017 (edited) Charles, it's a cute looking dolls highchair, but with the seat part being that unlevel, aren't you afraid of the doll falling out the back of it? Len Edited November 8, 2017 by Lucky2 because I wanted to! Quote
cnkcustoms02 Posted November 8, 2017 Author Report Posted November 8, 2017 Nope it’s actually only 10 degrees and I made sure to have the doll right there to check it works perfectly Quote
cnkcustoms02 Posted November 8, 2017 Author Report Posted November 8, 2017 And it keeps the doll from flopping forward Quote

heppnerguy Posted November 10, 2017 Report Posted November 10, 2017 It is difficult to make something to beat those items you make for the little ones, as it seems their little eyes not only brightly light up but also seem to dance when they receive something like a high chair for their babies. Giving the kids something you make for them beats anything you can buy them. I often see things like this on Antique Roadshow that a great grandfather made for that person's mother when she was a little girl and it is still cherished in the family long after the maker has gone to be with his maker. Love these items Dick heppnerguy cnkcustoms02 1 Quote
