Thats excellant cutting tony. I'd be interested in what blades you used to do that with. I am fond of cut letters and yours make the grade! what size are the letters too. if you don't mind Grampa might like to make us a take off of yours which is : There are to signs of a man getting alzhimers (1)He forgets to zip back up and (2) he forgets to zip down! lol

i used a number 1 blade in a hand frame fretsaw,

i find it much easier too cut the letters by hand ,

i used a number 1 spiral too cut the rest,
