Mike used to get his blades from Niqua and he is the one that gave them the Flying Dutchman name and trademarked the name.. he use to be the only dealer in the US for FD blades.. and any blades sold under the FD name was sold through him to other distributors.. Woodmaster1 Posted June 24, 2018 Report Share Posted June 24, 2018 (edited) Right now pegas MG bladesare my choice. It is interesting about the history of Flying Dutchman blades. When I get ready to order more blades I will try the Niqua brand but it sounds like they are FD's original blade. Maybe Niqua wants to cut the middleman out of the equation.
