Popular Post Foxfold Posted December 4, 2018 Popular Post Report Posted December 4, 2018 (edited) It's rained a fair bit here for the last few days so I've been trying to learn more about Inkscape as I think I could use it a lot. I love playing with words and the 'intersecting' words I find fascinating. I've made myself a couple of different types of pattern and this is the first one. There are things I'd do differently when I do it again, but it's my first attempt at putting a 'shape' into a pattern that's not a 'word'. Overall I'm pleased with it and can't wait to explore all the possibilities that this programme offers. Edited December 4, 2018 by Foxfold oiled wood fisch2481, bobscroll, Fab4 and 11 others 14 Quote
Rohn Posted December 4, 2018 Report Posted December 4, 2018 That is a really nice work of art! I especially like it because we have 3 German Shepherds. Foxfold 1 Quote
RabidAlien Posted December 4, 2018 Report Posted December 4, 2018 Love it!!! German Shepherds are great dogs....Great Danes are better, though. Even says so in the name. LOL Foxfold 1 Quote

Thank you, we too have Shepherds (Longcoats) though only 6 of them now + plus a litter of week old pups. Rohn 1 Quote
meflick Posted December 5, 2018 Report Posted December 5, 2018 Looks great, both the pattern and your cutting. However, you better enjoy the little free time you have right now to be doing such work because with a week old litter of pups, I think that free time will soon be taken by a bunch of rambunctious puppies and just in time for Christmas. Tomanydogs Posted December 5, 2018 Report Posted December 5, 2018 Nice work Brenda. Good job on the design. Id like to make those kind of signs. I really liked the other ones you made too. And you are really good cutting your letters, I need to practice more. Foxfold 1 Quote
rdatelle Posted December 5, 2018 Report Posted December 5, 2018 Wow Brenda, nice job on that. I wish I could figure it out. My old brain isn't what it used to be. Foxfold 1 Quote
