My Dad served in 'Nam, he was an Air Force security police guy, guarding an airbase.  Didn't talk much about it.  Cancer took him in '09.

I've known quite a few veteran heroes (all veterans are heroes to me) over the years (I am not one) and consider myself honored, privileged and richer for having known each of them!
