No they are easy, I measured the sides and cut them with my chop saw, so it is easy to have a perfect match and I jut used my round sander to round up the edges. I also cut the hummingbird pattern from Sue.

I wait until the glue becomes tacky before applying the clamps to it. I used Weldbond glue.

Thanks I was thinking about making a jig to hold together. Have to give weldon a try.
