Nice work Brent! If you use 1/8” Baltic birch plywood you could stack cut and have four cut at once.

These are all 1" pine

I understand why they are so well liked as they are very nice..  How big are they? Where do you find pine boards that wide?

I buy the boards at my local hardware store. I get them 1by 10 by4ft. They cost me about 7 $ Canadian. My patterns are standard 8 1/2 by 11
