Yep, that's the video I watched (he did a Batman symbol in the video).  Couldn't think of his last name to save my life!!!

I've got a large plastic storage bin full of scraps that are just waiting to be used!  And I just put in an order from BearWoods for #60 and #64 drill bits, with a micro-chuck adapter.  The smallest drillbit I have currently leaves relatively large holes.
