Popular Post Jim McDonald Posted August 8, 2020 Popular Post Report Posted August 8, 2020 Got my first great-nephew this year, so I had to do something special for the little guy. @rdatelle helped me track down the pattern and I cut it without the year, but I will sign and date the back. Cut from 1/4" butternut with Watco gloss lacquer. Got the frame from Sloan's as they were going out of business. If I do more, I will strengthen the base of the "B" as it is quite weak. meflick Posted August 8, 2020 Report Posted August 8, 2020 Nice work and will be treasured. We also got a new great niece and nephew, one on my side and one on hubby’s side. She is now 6 months old, he is 4 months old so yes, both were born at the start of the pandemic. Need to come up with their 1st Christmas ornaments myself, hopefully they will look half as good.
