OzarkSawdust Posted October 24, 2020 Report Posted October 24, 2020 Jerry Jeff Walker passed yesterday from cancer. I've cut a couple of musicians that have died lately and would like to do Jerry Jeff. But I'm at a loss for making a good cuttable pattern. I tried putting this picture in Inkscape and hitting "trace bitmap" but didn't know what do do with it from there. It doesn't need to be this picture, there are a ton of pictures if you google his name. A different picture might work a lot better, I've never done one before (yet) and am not sure what exactly to look for in a picture to make a good scrollable pattern . I've never really worked with GIMP, or is there another easier free program that's better to do a portrait with? Help please! ChelCass and amazingkevin 2 Quote

Jim McDonald Posted October 25, 2020 Report Posted October 25, 2020 A lot of talent that went unrecognized until later in his life. RIP to the songwriter and mentor to untold thousands. OzarkSawdust 1 Quote
