Got all this 35mm camera stuff from a neighbor that's moving. Cost me the price of a large pizza ($15.00). Unfortunately I'm not a camera person. I have to get some batteries to see if the cameras still work. Worst case scenario I can sell the lenses.

Yeah, great deal. Your neighbor should have gotten about 20 large pizzas. Looks like a Minolta X-700. I had one of those for years then decided to go digital.

The lenses is where your money is. All the new DSLR cameras from Canon can still use them if they are the EF mount style. If they are in real good shape, you can make some pretty decent money on them, depending on what glass they have in them.

Even if they are Minolta lenses, there are adapters for people to be able to use the lens on a different make body.

Yep...Most of them fit the Minolta X700. I have one screw mount for a Pentax and one telephoto lens for the Canon. The others are twist on or what I call bayonet mounts. I'm not sure of the correct terminology for lens mounts. The Minolta is in the best shape. Hell...If I can get a $100.00 bucks for everything I'd be happy. Buy me some wood and blades

Art, I sold my Minolta with 4 lenses and some filters on eBay for over $200. I was told if I sold the lenses alone I could have gotten more. I agree with Kris, the lenses is where the money is. If you don't plan on making prints I'd see what you can get for it. Just think of the extra tools you can get. Just my thoughts.
