amazingkevin Posted January 20, 2021 Report Posted January 20, 2021 My GoGo ultra electric scooter died. There goes my mobility. The girls at the stores are probably wondering where I am. I get another one on the first when my SSI check comes From Market place on Facebook. Bad part is i have to drive from Ft, laud to west palm to pick it up. This will be my third one in 6 months, from private owners. I can only afford the cheap price ones and this is the most I ever paid for one ,$100. first one was $60 second one for $80. They sure make you dependent on them. Anyway last slump I went thru was when I lost 60,000 patterns when my computer died. That was my world. Doesn't take much to be devastated. kmmcrafts Posted January 20, 2021 Report Posted January 20, 2021 Sorry to hear that.. What happen to it? If I had one of those I'd put a gas powered 327ci corvette motor in it. My first thought was a Cummins 12 valve Diesel.. but that's a little big and maybe overkill. amazingkevin and WayneMahler 1 1 Quote
rjweb Posted January 20, 2021 Report Posted January 20, 2021 You can’t get one through Medicare, your dr should be able to help you out, that’s why I pay taxes to help out the old people, o wait a minute I am one of those old people, RJ John B, wombatie, WayneMahler and 1 other 1 3 Quote
Dan Posted January 21, 2021 Report Posted January 21, 2021 My MIL needed a wheel chair. Medicare said they would pay for a rental for 6 months at a cost of $150 per month. My FIL found a new one, same model for $500. He went round and round with Medicare about why they would pay for a rental for 6 months at a cost of $900 when they could save $400 if they paid for a new one. They gave him a check for $500 and he bought the new one. Can never figure out insurance. amazingkevin, danny and John B 3 Quote

Kevin would never be able to keep the front wheels on the ground. Need a set of Mickey Thompson G or H rears for grip. kmmcrafts and amazingkevin 1 1 Quote
