Dan Posted May 21, 2021 Report Posted May 21, 2021 Our local Woodcraft has 1/4"x12"x12" Baltic Birch for $1.95 each. How about yours? OCtoolguy 1 Quote
don in brooklin on Posted May 21, 2021 Report Posted May 21, 2021 I saw the email this morning. If that is B-BB grade. Ie no patches one side it is a good deal. I buy as a 60"x60" sheet which yields 25 sheets 12x12 so if you can buy full sheet is usually a much better deal. The current CDN price is $36 CDN up $10 from 3 weeks ago. I have been told that 1/8 and 1/4 BB may not be available come this Fall. I was limited on my last purchase of 1/4 last to 1 sheet as they don't know when next order will arrive. If you use a lot of 1/4 now might be the time to stock up for Christmas. OCtoolguy 1 Quote
Sparkey Posted June 24, 2021 Report Posted June 24, 2021 I buy the maple 1/4” plywood from Lowe’s. It comes out to 62.5 cents for a 12” by 12” piece. OCtoolguy 1 Quote

Thanks for the tip. I found Purebond 1/4 " at Home Depot in Canada both maple and aspen. About $50 for a 4 x 8 sheet. Question how is the core to cut and do you get tear out on top or bottom sheet? Thanks OCtoolguy 1 Quote
scrollerpete Posted June 25, 2021 Report Posted June 25, 2021 Just bought 16 12x12x 1/8” B/BB from Amazon.ca for $45. Free shipping. I need the plywood for my Covid critters which I sold over 150 last year. OCtoolguy 1 Quote

I haven't used it yet - life keeps getting in the way of scrolling fun - but when I do I'll post my results. OCtoolguy 1 Quote
