Scrappile Posted April 20, 2023 Report Posted April 20, 2023 I have to wonder why he picked that color. I would not think that is an era color... Maybe so. @kmmcrafts is correct.. on the car. I though he was kidding about it all, but I finally found it on the internet and it is what he said except for the door tag part! kmmcrafts and ChelCass 2 Quote

The door tag part could have been a bit of a stretch.. They didn't have door tags back then.. I know a fair amount about cars from working / visiting the local car museum that's only about 8 miles from me. You can look them up online and possibly get a glimpse of some of the stuff I get to check out on a regular basis. It's called Gilmores Car Museum. Probably one of the biggest and best museums I've ever seen.. Well, maybe the Greenfield Ford Museum is bigger? Not sure as it's been some years since I've been to that one. I go to Gilmores more often not only because it's closer but also because they hold public car shows out in the lawn dang near every week and paying to get into the car show also gets you into the museum buildings. They also have a old fashion diner restaurant that local regulars go to and a small car show every week that is free to get into but no access to the buildings. Always something going on there for us gearheads, LOL ChelCass 1 Quote
