I have purchased this from Home Depot, but they are difficult to find because their search is terrible.

They are also called "jet" drills for opening carburetor air bleed holes and jets. I used to stock and sell them in 12 packs from my tool truck.

I have a set of these. Some are so small that I can't tell they are drill bits without magnification.

A regular number drill set is 1 through 60. A jet drill set is 61 through 80. Yes, very tiny.

Art crafters carry them.  I also buy the package from Harbor Freight that has 1/8” drill bits and a variety of wire bits.
