The Last Supper.

Just posting my latest cut, The Last Super by FISH, a great pattern and it was a priviledged to be able to cut it. It was cut on 1/8” Baltic Birch Ply, using a Niqua #1 straight Pin Less blade. Finish was BLO and mineral spirit mixture. I took some time off s rolling and made myself about eighteen frames, very happy with the result just needs to be varnished.

A word on the tight crop of the pattern, as a ex photographer I understand cropping etc. with this pattern I wanted a tight crop to draw your eye into the pattern and most importantly Christ sitting in the Centre, it worked for me and I know some people may not like it but that’s cool with me.

A nice project. I just came back from Oregon and saw this pattern that I had made for my daughter, hanging on her wall. I forgot that I had even cut it. I like your project and how you framed it. Good job
