Good day, like you all know i'm french Canadiens i'll do my best to write my topic so you all can understand. The other day i did ask a question about having a problem with my white level that keep popping up on me as soon as i push on my pedal. I was told to look at somebody post that explain how to resolve that problem by cleaning it. I did try but it did not work. I decided to study the mechanism and to remove everything to clean it, but it still did not work after i put everything back to it place. But i decide to make this post that i think might help you if you have to replace all those parts. To begin i decide to make a stand so that i could keep the head up without having to hold it with my hand, because i would need three hands. I cut a piece of pine with the height of 70 mm and i did secure it on a piece of plywood 1/4 " thick (see Picture). So that made it really easy for me to remove the small pin that hold the white level. After i did remove my stand so i could push on the pin from the top to the bottom by doing i did get access to the head spring an the main pin ( see picture ). I also remove the black nob so i would clean it also. I did clean everything with WD40 i did the reverse procedure tu put everything back together using my stand to give access to the hole to put the pin back in that hold the white level. Then i did give it a try an i was disappoint because i still had the same problem. Now after i did all that, i do think that it could be the pin that hold the white level that is now to loose because it was really easy to remove that pin or maybe the spring. I decide to make this post for peoples that would like to change the parts in spite of getting the hold heads kit that is about 120,00$. I will be ordering the part an i will come back to let you know if it did fixe my problem. I do hope you can understand my post and i'm sorry for my grammar and spelling mistake. If you do have any question do not hesitate to ask me. Happy new years to you all !!!

Thanks for the photos.  The thing I noticed is you have the lever pushed all the way down.  It isn't supposed to be that far down. Here is a video @Denny Knappen did showing the proper way to tension.    https://artcraftersscrollsaw.com/artcrafters-scroll-saw-youtube-channel/

Thank you very much for the hint i really do appriciate it

You might want to spend $20 and get the renewal kit. I keep one on hand since I have 2 pegas chucks (my Excalibur and my pegas 30")

Yes i did order two kit, by cleaning i did realize that it had nothing to do with it. The reason why the lever is flipping up  it's because the plastic wear out after a while.
