So what did you use for the blade on the knife?

i order some replacement bread knives for a electric bread cutting machine (commercial). have to grind a couple teeth off and drill (carbide bit) small holes with stainless steel screws. upside got 3 boards and 3 knife order last night after posting on facebook account from a old friend. so been out gluing up and cutting more knifes out soon. i bake a lot of home made bread and these really are great knives,it will cut bread right out of the oven with out smashing it
