Double Bevel Inlay is a process of inlaying one wood into another using just a scroll saw and some glue.  The table is set to about a 2.2 degree angle and the two woods are stacked and cut at the same time.  This causes one wood to fit tightly into the other in the shape of a letter or an image. The taper on the wood makes one wood fit inside the other like a cork fits in a bottle.
