Clayton717 Posted April 1, 2014 Report Posted April 1, 2014 I got the seal attached to the podium so I wanted to post a picture of it together. The picture is not the greatest I took it with my cell phone. The podium is made from oak, and I built it at work. I made the seal in my shop and they are buying it from me. amazingkevin, Rob Roy, Nick@tinkers-cove and 1 other 4 Quote

Rob Roy Posted April 1, 2014 Report Posted April 1, 2014 (edited) What a beautiful job Clayton. Make sure you charge them plenty for a masterpiece. I spent many years doing this type of work, making pulpits lecterns and all sorts of religious furniture. If I had to score you on that lovely piece you've just done it would be 15 out of 10. Well done Clayton. Rob Roy. Edited April 1, 2014 by Rob Roy Clayton717 and amazingkevin 2 Quote

How could they not want to purchase it ? Look out, Clayton, when the people in Madison see this, they will be after you to do one even better. Just tell them that would be impossible but you would be willing to work on a one man committee to look into it. Of course it would be a three year study and would require a 2.1 million dollar grant.
