  9. Ken try covering the wood with painters tape first then sticking the pattern to the tape. Comes off easily and stays there as long as you want. Great work on the crosses and a fantastic idea in auctioning them off for Grandma Marg

  19. I know some of you already use this little tip but I thought some of the new members may not know of it so I took some photos to explain. To use more of the blade cut yourself a board to fit the surface of your scroll saw, I used melamine and put a hole where the blade comes though, this allows you to lift your work to get more out of your blades and not to waste unused blades space. The first photo shows the under side, where I glued a piece of non slip material and 3 little legs that sit over the side of the scroll saw to avoid any slipping while cutting. The second is of the board sitting on top of the scroll saw and the third is obviously the scroll saw. Marg
