It wasn't last year but it could quite possible be this year, because when the neighbours came round they thought it was a terrific idea and said that they may be interested if they had enough things to sell. Last year the Saturday was a lot better than the Sunday.

The only problem is when you take the pattern off, the fibres lift up a lot but sanding soon does away with them. You just have to be careful that you don't get any splinters in your fingers that you don't notice, they can become infected fast.

I have done a lot of foolish things in my time but that is not one of them. Always better to laugh at yourself and start again.
Great result and a great cutting. Now put it somewhere safe.

Even though I haven't post anything I have been working but I have also been teaching a 19yo girl to scroll and she is loving it. Any way here are a few things I have made.
They are all Sue Mey patterns. The first Christmas Bells are made from 2.5mm Bamboo, the second ones are made from 4mm pine and so are the gnomes. They are all for a Christmas in July driveway market at my daughters.

Oh I missed you. Those handbaskets have a lot to answer for, I know. Glad things are improving for you and your feeling like scrolling again. Your weather is improving too so that would help. Take care sweet.. Hope Tony is keeping well.
