Edward, there are a few in the jewelry section of the Village Pattern Library also. When my daughter was making jewelry she displayed them on a cork boards that were covered with black or blue velvet material. She used clear push pins to hang the necklaces.
That turned out very nice, DW! I like the wood contrast. Thanks for showing us.
That pattern was also in Issue 19 of the Scrollsaw Work Shop (Now called Scrollsaw Woodworking and Crafts) Summer 2005.
I've tried compound cutting but not of the 2 figure type. Sounds like you need to be precise on the layout and cutting of these kinds of patterns. You did a great job on it. Thanks for showing us.
Those all look great, Ken! I really like the idea you had with the paint on the RIP candle holders....very realistic looking! Thanks for cutting my pattern and thanks for showing us your work. Hope you sell it all!!
Helen, your site looks very nice. The colors you chose are very easy on the eyes as are the font sizes. The pictures of your work are large enough to see without having to enlarge each one. You did a great job. Hope you get a lot of orders from it. Thanks for showing us.
Travis, I tried to upload a couple of files to my album and all I got was a blank screen when it was done....went to my album and the 2 files are not there......am I doing something wrong or are you still working on this part of the website?
Great improvement, Steven! See, practice and perserverance has paid off! Nice work! I still have my first piece of work....it sits on a shelf above my workbench to remind what NOT to do! Keep up the great work.
They look great! I had to look up the pattern to see where the wood snapped off....LOL! No one would have noticed! Nice work and thanks for showing us.
Very nice looking frame....perfect for the picture. I use both spiral and regular blades. The new spirals from Flying Dutchman are not as agressive as the regular spirals.....give them a try.....you'll be surprised. Sometimes if the project is too big then your only choice is spirals or bag the project.
