  5. Had a course in College on this just last year. The Photographer OWNS the rights to the photograph up until he / she surrenders the original picture, negative (if any) or has contractually indicated ( should be in writing ) that he /she abdicates all claim to the rights of the photograph. Now this is here in the US not sure about Europe although generally they follow the same guidelines. If I have read the proper areas of the Copyright Code of the EU the photo is considered a work of the owner and it is treated much like the law here in the US. The issue here is not the photograph however but the derivative work created from the photograph. While the photograph belongs to the photographer the derivative work created from the photograph would belong to the creator. In other words you are not duplicating the photograph but making an artistic interpretation of it and that artistic interpretation is yours to do what you wish. DW
  6. Nice Dick. Blue painters tape can also be removed with thinner or the application of heat from a heat gun. All are good tips. DW

  21. Bummer... now that you know what is possible to break perhaps you should order 2 of them, one to replace the broken one and one on spare. I have done this when I bought my Dewalt several years back. I have had one upper clamp strip out, luckily I am an ex aircraft mechanic and have the tools to oversize the stripped hole, retap it and put the next size set screw in. It is nice however to know that I have a spare holder should I need it. Take pictures of a clean shop.... I have not seen one in a LONG time hehe DW
  22. Check out Half Priced Books as well. They a lot of times have a surprising collection of scrolling books in stock. I have seen this book in circulation among the many book collections on line as well. I would definitely check the local library.. heck free is free DW
