  8. Clayton if I had the money when I bought the Dewalt I h ave now I would have purchased an Excalibur instead not because it is so much better but because of the tilting head. There are good points made about the inconsistent quality of the DeWalt brand as the company has changed hands 3 times in 5 years to end up as part of the Black and Decker Family Bostich, MAC Tools, Porter Cable and over 30 other Brands. Delta used to be part of this group but was just recently purchased by a Taiwanese company and a new factory in North Carolina is being build to make them. Ultimately the choice will be yours.. see if you can put some hands on an Ex to try it. be interesting to see what your choice would be. DW

  12. Hehe you are being slow Clayton. I have been working on Christmas things since right after the last one. It does mean I have been busy cutting all year long. Looking forward to seeing what everyone is making though. DW
  13. Just got back from a 2 day event at my mothers church. Friday night it was real busy and I sold a fair amount of items, Saturday it was a bit slower but I still did overall very decently. Here are pics of my setup. DW
  14. David first thing you need to realize is that there are no flaws, only unscheduled modifications. If the modification gets to radical you create pieces of designer firewood and we all have done that a time or three. Keep up the great work. DW
  15. David you have done well on the whale. You might want to mention that the picture is in the gallery. I like the grain flow. Thanks for sharing it with us. DW

  20. Depending on the show, the economics in the area, and what wood it is made from but you could easily get from between $35 to $45 for the set. Being as you are in the Bible Belt you should be able to get a bit better in price, depending of course if you are rural or not. Quality will sell it more than anything. If the person believes they are getting a good product for the money and they want it they will buy it. DW
