I do not wear a mask when scrolling. I have a ceiling mounted air cleaner, and a dust collectors.

I used that saw for many years ( about 10 ), and never had to cut the blades. I would of bought a new one, if they still made them. Itwas a good saw for me.

On the Chevy sign I just posted. I scrolled out the lettering, then traced them onto the wood. I then used my router to "inlay" the letters. The letteres I inlaid were an 1/8" thick.

I made this for a friend, otherwise if I was making it for me it would of been oval(Ford), not a bowtie
