  1. Nice job, DW, I have used spar varnish for most of the out-door items I sell but, always worry about how quickly it will amber and how dark the discoloration is going to be. That would be a real concern with the white sign like you made. So far though, no one has ever come back to me with any concerns about their signs or out-door decorations. Thanks for sharing and God Bless! Spirithorse
  2. Fantastic job but, please, please, don't be calling for any cold weather any sooner than absolutely necessary! LOL Thanks for sharing and God Bless! Spirithorse

  12. Thanks, FredFret! I tried using conversion tables on the internet and the numbers were so low I didn't think they could possibly be right. I'll have to check to see what my actual charge is for kW on the electric bill but, your answer was a pleasant surprise! God Bless! Spirithorse
  13. Can anyone approximate how much it costs to run my scrollsaw and accessories per hour based upon: Scroll saw is 120 volt 1.2 amp Dust collector is 120 volt 20 amp Shop Vac is 120 volt 12 amp Price per kilowatt hour is 7 cents (I'm not sure if that is the correct price but, will have to look up a recent chart from the electric co-op). Thanks for any help. I've wondered for a long time about how much it actually costs to run this equipment and it would help me price some orders a lot more accurately. God Bless! Spirithorse

  22. Nice cuttings! i am extremely interested in native American stories so, I had to look up into about who shot Custer. This transcript http://www.astonisher.com/archives/museum/who_killed_custer.html says White Cow Bull is the most likely candidate. I was really surprised that it says Custer only received two gun-shot wounds! Anyway, Thanks for sharing the cuttings and God Bless! Spirithorse
