Made this for our neighbor as a gift since Fall is just around the corner.......they gave me some applewood for my smoker after the storm a couple weeks ago......

Just finished up these personalized deer heads and a Mr. & Mrs this morning......all 1/2" sanded ply........spray painted and 1 burned and polyurethaned...comments are ALWAYS welcomed......that's how we get better .....God Bless Dan

I was getting down a box in the shop to find something & this nice piece of cherry was laying in the bottom......not sure where I got it but I couldn't think of a better way to use it.....another "Tree Of Life Cross" plaque......9 x 12.......5 coats of semi gloss Deft.....chamfered edges......it will be a gift for my mom later today.

I just recently joined instagram & am following a few scroll saw people......I see quite a few of them use mdf for lettering & other projects......but I rarely see mdf used here in people’s posts.......am I missing something?

I seen this cut before somewhere a while back & really loved it, so I had some time today to designed my own pattern this morning, I'm calling it "The tree Of Life Cross"..... I had this nice piece of red elm in the shop & thought it would look very nice with this cross, it's 10 x 12 , 5/8" red elm, 4 coats of Deft semi gloss polyurethane with 400 grit light sanding in between coats, chamfered edges. comments always are welcomed.
