I had a request from my next door neighbor if I could make a couple benches with logos on the backs, here is what I came up with per his request with the logos he wanted, he is giving these to 2 buddies of his for Christmas gifts.......the Leopold benches were made from 2x8 lumber, the signs were made from 3/4" pine and some 1/4" luan, all hand painted with brush.... top layers were painted with rattle can paint........these are not to be sat in, just for yard decoration......comments please.......Merry Christmas!!

It takes 3.5 7fters......each board is 40" before hat is trimmed at top.......

I am in the progress of 2 benches that will have signs mounted on the backrest, the benches will be painted white, 1 bench will have the St. Louis & PBR signs, the other will have the Dallas & Iowa signs, people don't need til xmas eve, so I won't be painting them til closer to that.......then I will post the final pics......

Just finished this this morning........fitting for the day here.......it's snowing!! Made from regular 2x4s, edge glued/screwed(pocket holes)....face parts are 1/4" Luan......comments as always.....Thank You.....Happy Holidays!!

Ballpark Font & the fancy monogram letters are a pic I googled and traced them in Inkscape. Also the "S" is Intrigue font I think.

Very very busy lately......just finished these up this morning......the snowmen are door hangers, hot glued on some greens/pinecone on hat (50¢ at Hobby Lobby), snowflakes can be used for whatever, originally made to hang on a door w/wreath........made from 1/2"sanded ply and 1/4" luan.....rattle can paint......comments please

I had Christmas music playing in the shop & the next thing I see is the penguins lined up perfectly..........all made from 1/2" sanded ply and luan ........comments please.......that's how we all get better.........Thank You!

Not really......these are the friendly kind.......finished these up yesterday.......each is made from 1-1x6, 14" of 1x8(base), luan for face and buttons, also added some greens/pine cones for embellishments. also added some white lights, he is holding the light string with his other hand & around the snowflake. $12 invested, would be a great family project......comments as always please.

I made this World Series "W" for a history time piece for generations to come.......It has been a historical year for the Chicago Cubs, win or lose. Made from 1x6 pine, letters from 1/4" luan. Comments always welcome. Thank You
