    I'm impressed with you karen to have started out with spirals.your probably miles ahead with confidence trying them first.not the averge person will get used to them and your the first one i ran across that started out with them.this is a horse of a differant color.Can't wait to see your gallery!Just don't forget not to turn the wood when you amble back to spirals.i've done it to many times but caught my self before i ruined the project,lol

    Thanks Brian for the up lifting thoughs of friendship across the ocean.you 've really helped out this year here in the club.Your projects have allways been up to snuff and show room quality to boot,It's been a long year so a new years ressolution for you from me would be to surpass the size of your saw dust pile to.........,i'll leave that size to you lol.Happy new year to you and your's.Next time your in florida ,i live on top of the sand pile!f3eel welcome to stop on in,have a cup of joe talk shop and hot cars.Happy new year,2013,we made it this far!

    Your right about the durability JIM,i wear out saws in 2 months or less.Im curious as to the durability of the new delta dewalt look a like?

    I would google 'santa puzzles,or world wide santa puzzles,or ethnic santa puzzles.each differant way you search comes up with differant items.try it you might like it!

    I missed the biggest sales at my shop but made more money doing handyman work so im pleased.I'd rather be scrolling though!.only thing christmasey i got to do was the 12 days of christmas tree.My best customer got that one for free.She's been a blessing to me saveing me so much buying my crafts.Her home is a museum of the amazingkevin's works.She has all the best of the best.Guess she likes compliments from guests and relatives she entertains.she gets lots of oow's and ah's from what she tells me.Now when i scratch my head my finger is a foot away from my head,lol

    They are nice .I've broken 2 of them ,and found out if you run the speed at # 5 you can still keep sawing a long time while it's broken.Above 5 it knocks but 5 or below its quite.Tough ol saw .Yes the vibration amazed me from all the chinese saws i had,like it had cotton for bearings,lol ENJOY!

    Merry Christmas to the best friends i ever had !The village has been life blood for me now since 08 0r 09..the joy i get here surpasses anything else .And the folks here are the best of the best in careing helpfullness and down right friendly!

    im not sure if the pictures show my saw but it's over 4.6 feet above the ground on 4 wheels ,a roll around working box shop.i sit on a tall wood chair that lets my legs dangle down which keeps them from falling asleep.The saw is one foot raised in the back so i can see very good and i use a bright 150watt bulb right above the the speed adjustment on the dewalt.this works for me. the saw is 1 foot raised in the back behind the triangle shaped piece of wood.i'll have to take better pictures but not for a awhile as work came in away from the shop.

    Yep there's more way of having fun with the scroll saw.to each his or her own!I urge everyone to try every aspect of scrolling to get a taste of what can be accomplished with it.a lot of times you can mix it up to hide a mistake and end up with a much more desireable project..Were all about creativety.Thanks so much Charise2012 for joining the club.and im sure you'll be a big asset to us ,enjoy and merry christmas!

    nifty idea but oh so much work for you.everyone will talk about your work evry holiday i'm sure.assembly line work is some thing differant for us scrollers and it all part of what we do at times.when its all over thats your turn to sit back and enjoy the fruits of your labor(hard earned).You brightend everyones holiday with rare and unheard of and hard to get items .You did very good indeed!

    sorry for not chimeing in for awhile but lost my wifi as i change locations to do some house work that needs to be rented for my friend.Now my neighbor were talking and he offerd his wifi or comcast connection to me.Well here i am.but downloads take 30 seconds or more to move around in the village,buti'll take what i can get to be back with my valued friends again,I see it;s going to take awhile to catch up as ya'll been real busy.So my face will be billboarded in the forum alot till i catch up,sorry.there is a lot of amazing projects shown since i've been gone.great to see it,Merry Christmas everyone!

    Very hard to believe thats the same cabinet.your added scroll work is and adds such class to it !you did a fabulose job restore to better than new!
