  1. DW!This one is soo nice.Actually looks like it's below the water looking at it!Great control cutting skills.you come up the best of all patterns to try.i'd like to see awhole collection of these compond cut creatures .Well done!
  2. Look at the connecting link arm in the back of the saw inside.They have no lube points and wear out fast.
  3. The girl at save a lot wanted a keychain when i told her i could do it out of zebra wood.

  5. I spray temporary glue(cleans up with mineral spirits) both pieces ,let dry and press together.then after cutting i spray the complete project a couple of times,letsit and then separate. Then try to separeat and spray more if needed ,mineral spirits and let run down the insides of the pieces.Works good for me .Have used the other ways and are satisfatory but like my way,lol!

Every week i bring little trinkets of joy to the sunday school.Their absolutly astonished at the work i do.(P.S.) i never tell them how easy it is,lol Here's sunday 8/26/2012's batch. :)And to top that off ,being a handyman tradesman for over 30 years ,woodworking is my worst!Yes God can take lto lemonade!

  9. Hi Robert! help is on the way .My old delta wore out conciderably and i had to cut a quarter inch off the end of the scroll saw blade so it could be tightend and be able to saw with.Maybe this will work for you too?

Hello David,Looks like you and that ryobe have got a good thing going!I have never seen such a project as this" two in one" that you've done remarkably well.Your really thinking!I'd like to see where your going to end up in the next few weeks experimenting with this differant concept!You've designed a better mouse trap so to speak!I'm intreaged to see what's on the menu coming up.i'll stay tuned for the next episode intencely.Great idea right concept!

Gina you've excelled tremendously fast and this cross is proof of that fact.i look often at suemey.com and have'nt seen this one.must be a new one.Sue constantly adds patterns.This is the best looking" bless this house" i've ever seen.I'll have to order this one soon.Looks like a hot seller.Great great cutting skills girl !!!

I love to do these,and have made many.60 piece puzzle out of a real dollar.I sell them for a 20 spot .Good mark up ?Wish i could find a spiral as thin as the puzzle blade 2/0.none around.My guess is it would be a 000 blade as the smallest spiral ileaves a kerf way to sloppy for a puzzle.It would be a lot more fun cutting this with a spiral.less chance for error on the close nit pieces.I think i spent about 2 hours to do the box and puzzle.the is a steve good pattern .
  14. looks like thomas had the hands of GOD steering the wood on this delicate intracate piece.And he did it with fragile thin wood to boot.Thats real risky but he made it flaw free .Angles wings had to been wraped around him while he cut the master! Super job!

Doing it with this kind of saw has got to be ,love what your doing!This is tallent ,persaverance,deication,detail minded,not a quiter!It all starts with the first cut,and all down hill from there.You would qualifie to be a diamond cutter after this project.Maybe it's easyer than it looks ,but i don't know.We'll be watching for updates on this one .If you could do a works in progress picture s for us ,that would be nice.Your doing great so far!!!
