    thought I remembered but nope his name is Rick not Randy. Tough cutting in the brown wood,no idea what it is . Rick is in oak.4" letters each x 10.75"long.thanks for looking! Thick wood 1" or better.I could delete the pictures but not the post ,Sorry

    Don't ask how much time I spent on the box ,Let alone the name.The name was thick and hard wood and cut real slow. The box was made on the spure of the moment no ruler no square. I could not decide how to do it even though I've made plenty from Steve goods site. So I day dreamed too much moving my hands and pencil. Amazing it came out great close tolerances clean cut look and sealed in Teak oil. The center wood is poplar and the top and bottom, oak.3/4" top and bottom and 1'2" center. The money is on 1/4" hard wood.fdsr#12 on the name and fd#5 on the box for blades..
