    Up all night again drafting a perfect project ehh?That red oak supply never dwindles .I don't watch nas car or any other sporting event,lol no t.v. and don't want one!I already wake up at the scroll sawv with the test pattern in my eyes,lol Lil ol designer you hit it again,You've made more happy campers with your wood work .Keep them coming.!

    I know an ac or heater cools or heats best at about half way up the wall.No sence cooling or heating any high than that.so i put the heater on the desk.If i could the ac would be 4' off the ground in the wall too.

    I'll have to google the "water mister" My electric bill is $27.for three fans a desk fan another fan for the scroll saw and one more to help move the air to the 3 on the door.

    Yes it is ,I've very high ceilings here and a 8' tall x12' wide garage door with a door on the other end with 3 fans on a sheet of 1/4" wood that seals tight to the door jam for positive ventilation but it's not enough.

    Two of the bearings need to be pressed out with a new bearing.The bearings in my saw were well worn and i just repacked them with synthetic valvoline grease.I got another 2 years of hard scrolling.Had i been able to get the 2 bearings out that are pressed in ,i'd still be using the saw.What a difference the car grease made .It took up all the slack and gave me a new machine.It was hard pressed to get the blade tension adjuster to go over 1.5 after the grease job.

    I even had to change stores as i was embarrassed to shop where i promised some names.I got with the program today in the heat and with blades that are way to small for this type work.Well i got it done ,the girls are very happy and met a customer of the store and showed the names too so she is going to call for an order too. been out of blades and the heat is too much but worked it out an got these done

    My scroll saw friend "lang" gave it to me but i've no idea where i put it so i blew it up and penciled in the best i could all the details that mattered

    Grrr.i'm still having blade slippage .i got my allen wrench set out took out the the other side of the thumb screw and low and behold it was shiny as a baby's butt and only on half of it. I dremiled it rough and am back in business!Good luck on your findings .keep us posted
