  5. Thanks Jim ,Guess i'll have to save them for thin woods.I did see a polar twhere every other blade is bent out for aggresive cutting but poor quality cuts in smoothness ,i'd like to try them and see what goes I think they are #12's

  9. I tryed to get some nice plywood from under the 25'long work bench but was not able to.i can't stand too long.finally settled for a 4 ply piece that i was going to throw away but didn't.Things were going good till i started cutting the small letters ,beer.Maybe i could cut beer out of something else and fit it in? I couldn't see straight to post this and the owl one yesterday but am over it today. Someone thru the nicest whitest 1/4" wood in the dumpster as soon as the garbage man came today ,so i got my tongs and pulled them out.I had to bleach one spot that got some dumster sludge on it yuck.Stained twice in maple ,so the can says from a yard sale deal and clear coated 3 times with a rattle can.Someone i showed the picture to on there phone wanted it but when i said $20. i never heard back from them.I should have stack cut them, that way it could sell for $5 and me not lose.I modified the words in the owl one to make it easyier to read.

  17. I've used scroll reverse blades for years as it leaves the top and bottom of the projects with little or no sanding needed. My sizes used most are #5,#7,#9.I also get them from Mikes.I cut years and years with the big box store blades and had a ball .Blades are about .30 = or-
