    That's as fit as a fiddle :thumbs: real quality piece anyone would be proud to get.Your some artist to with your pyrography..It's way more detailed lettering than i could imagine! Top job!Some of the finest wood burning i've seen! Keep them coming friend!

    Quick learner,I've watched hand fret saws cut coins on the net and was amazed .Your talent is superb and and you will go far in this club.! Keep coming back,take lots of pictures and get great comments you deserve for your workmanship!

    I had a wore out saw ,dw788 2 years ago . greased all the bearing i could grease but two ,they needed to be pressed out with a new bearing.I didn't do it because i hate done time and i might break something trying.But i got 2 years of heavy heavy use from the grease. ?The bearings i didn't grease caused to much wear and finally it kept breaking blades.Harbor freight wants $39.00 for the bearing press.So i would say repack the bearings as soon as you get your saw and enjoy years of trouble free heavy srolling in 3/4 " plywood.

    Maybe try ac duct accordion flex tube.!2" ,That's what i'm thinking for the new shop.,High volumn!I'll have to make some parts to adapt,but one big fan should draw pretty good i'm thinking?

    I'm with you on blade clamps,Don't like screw ones .Delta saws have clamps to hold the blades and are the best thing for spirals in my book!

    If i had a choice i'd take the sears ,but my hand doesn't fit to change the b\lower blade on some sears machines and had to cut away some of the metal so i could.I've tryed lots of low cost machine and when i finally tryed a dewalt i never looked back.I owed 5 dewalts in my 11 years of scrolling and still have 4!

    Np problem only one thing at a time is used that would draw some amps,Mostly just a fan a light and onev machine going intermittently.I did run #10 wire for the hot.

    Hope i don't get caught doing electical work ,no permit.But would you rather have me have lots of extention cords or the right way with out permits?

    Did some electrical work on the 25" work bench today ,36 outlets in all on the bench One every 4" for a canope light ,one for a fan every 4' and one every 4 feet for a machine with and extra outlet.
