Do what ever it takes to modify your chair to accommodate a foot switch,Make a shelf where tour foot will be ,simple enough.I guarantee you after you try a foot switch a couple of hours you'll wonder how you scrolled with out it .I too laughed at the idea but after i tried it I'm sold.Any steps saved scrolling makes a happier scroller.
  2. Don't forget to sand the blade ends and the blade holders to get rid of blade preservative and finger oil you put on the blade ends handling them Thin spirals don't thumb screw to tight as it will pierce the blade flat to nothing and break when you start up te machine.It's a fine line on tightening for tension and gripping the blades. LOW COST machines are terrible for breaking blades as they are not tweeked for performance,They snatch the blades rather than gently .Just like a high lift cam shaft in a car ,The up and down motion is erratically,strenuous on blades

Well Don, it hasn't effected your great work you turn out .I cold turkeyed in 1986 .a pac a day .Kool 100's.It was funny when somebody asked for a ciggerette.When they seen what i smoked they declined ,lol oh well.I pray you kick it .Were to old for this nonsence!Very nice project you made.Offer them at the smoke shop for green backs!
