I use Microsoft office word 2006 ,i chose ancestry for the font ,i selected bold and size 72 then i sent bit to rapid resizer and enlarged it to 8" by 10.75" for three names per page and it comes out nice,i chose outline in rapid to save on ink,Then i use a scissors and get rid of excess paper and or modifie if needed for letters like y j things with a tail that are different than the other letters,Sometimes i ad lib to save pilot holes and use a wave under the letters to hold it together .It's all playing to me ,i love passing time doing what i love! a guess it's a paper pattern for the letters that i glue on the wood to follow .

Somebody's watching over me and just loading me up with work.Perfect timing as the land lady wants all my wood gone.I burn up enough wood everyday and that not enough for her :shock:Any who here's some more of my work sold to America made in America My one wood supplier i had made 1" ,3/4" and large wood stars for by the hundreds now wants 3/8" stars.But he wants the done in a stencil made out of aluminum.He brought me a cheap dime store flag the size he needs and a piece of oak i asked for for a backer just to keep the aluminum from warping or bending. I used type 77 glue to glue the cloth flag on the aluminum and the oak backer. Had i thought about it i should have scanned the flag and have a sharp paper pattern to work with rather than rip torn rags fraying while i cut.But it worked out about 99% He stipulated sharp points on all the star work i have done for him.I used a # 3 aluminum blade from mikes work shop .com,The oak was 1/4"and the metal 3/32's Here's an add i missed by 3 hours for a guitar amplifier i need for my harmonica's and then a two sided name for pastor appreciation day for my friend that ordered Now these are names of her kids i threw in for good measure ,Hopping to boost my pay which it did ,it doubled it,YESThe next names are for the doctors officeBernard is the doctorand nick works at the attachment=25212:019.jpg]e nutrition place and last but not least my friends brother

On the BLO(boiled linseed oil)it drys the same day

I just used rattle can lacquer or enamel clear coat , not knowing any better at the time.

Thanks for the idea ,i have gallons galore of boiled linseed oil,Which i forgot about all ready and i just got them,oh boy!

Ray i'm with you 100% I have the tube stand too and was thinking of mounting a couple of tools on it with wheels.

Throw the light away .It's next to impossible to get the bulb out with your fingers and the flex arm never stays put.I put mine on my drill press and tied it off .Now the light bulb vibrated out and broke lol!
