    I love deltas ,my first machine! My Dewalt table tends to get off key from my leaning on it. I need to modify it some with two bolts ,one on each side of the table to keep it in the position i want and forget it. Nothings as it seems.

    My friend works at lowes and says they don' make any money on the wood they sell? I've switched to lowes from being a long time depot buyer,they are not crowed ,and have plenty of handicap electric carts right by the front door, at the depot you have to go to the middle door and they are not easy to get out of that area.I have not checked on their craft woods but i will now.I really can't afford craft wood and give away.It's all i can do now buying spray cans to make bigger smiles giving names away. ;) this is what i find at lowes. Yep Ill look That's a plus Lowes has pallet deals with lots of things ,wood,scratched,warped,dirty,etc. lowes ,home depot?

    Grampa has done many great patterns ,I've cut some elaborate ones of his too 513 drill holes "Missy" his dog for one.This one you excelled on greatly.Keep them coming !

    Yeah it's the psycho neighbor again,The tenant in my house is a jerk in the mornings,5 6 7 8 in the mornings he's slamming scaffolds in the trailer or truck and could care less that people are still asleep.The police have been here way to many times as they drink all night long with the boom box blaring none English.( people live in the house and the doors slamming on the house and cars and trucks non stop .They bring it on them self's .I found out the land lady's going to evict them this month.

    Theres more but it's a lot harder to repair.unless your a watch maker.All of my dw repairs either required re tightening a nut or a bolt and or greasing with Valvoline synthetic grease.The worst repair was on the connecting rod right off the motor .the nut fell off .Made a lot of hammering noises ,easy fix but a lot of dis assembly

    Thanks Bob ,a cold beer or 5 or 7 doesn't phase me anymore, maybe that tells you the kind of pain im in.I still want to try a 3/4" plywood biggy to see how that stands up to wear and tear cutting them.

    I have my eye on it now too!I need to sell something but what.The land lands having the insurance company come to look over the property. This could be the end of my out side shop ,plus the insides of my efficiency is loaded too.I'm way to hurt to do much about it at this time .The insides is organized but the outsides need some tidying up .God only know what they want.Maybe if i hang 3 fire extinguishers around i might buy some time???Whos got money to waste on them???Maybe if i cover things up ????Maybe one of our members is an insurance estimated and can give me a heads up ???

    DW_Austin_01(1).pdfDW_Austin_01(2).pdf Mine has a broken bolt here making noise in the second picture this one makes alot of noise as the nut came off #34 # washer and nut ,they need to be put back on with thread lock.

    I've been there too many times and just enlarge patterns so i can stay using the 1/16" drill bit .Less problems of broken bits ,needing a special chuck to hold tiny bits and just over all easy of what ever using the 1/16" bit.Sorry i didn't help with what you wanted to do.

    Just a couple things I was able to get done while NC is getting hammered with 10 straight rainy days. The forecast is for at least 2 more days. Yes ,You were busy,Feels good too!I was wondering why i was raining so much and no wind?

    The big box store now has a drill press with huge space to make pens or any thing else.Mini drill presses could only drill 3" 0r 4" now you can do better.
