    i MIX ACETONE AND MINERAL SPIRITS TO GET OF THE PATTERN AND GLUE IN ONE SHOT.And then a quick wipe with a paper towel and it's clean as a whistle.Maybe your using a water based glue .Th mineral spirits and acetone wont touch it and makes a mess .I will never use tape!Ever!

    Your scroll saw skills are off the chart great with this project!Grampajim was correct in his speculation of straight lines..And in hard wood is asking for trouble too.Never have i seen scrolling perfection like this ! Congradulations!

    Thanks Andrew , i've done plenty of them too,You have to use 3m permanent glue 77 on both pieces.That way you don't have to worry about them peeling of some ,dog eared edges an all.
