  5. I found some time to cut the wood today,the landlady ruined my day yesterday and it's lasting into today too. and then the way the truth took 1.5 hours to cut with a scroll reverse #7 blade

  10. I believe it's a related problem of the blade coming loose.fix that you should be back in business.Could be the oil on your finger tips where you pick up the blade to install it.

  16. Oh yes ,I too agree with you whole heartedly Dick.Since 2006 ,the recession ,Scrolling has been my bread and butter to exist. SSV,members sincere help,and the rapidresizer have been my two greatest helpers keeping me going !

My heart skipped a beat when i layed eyes on your finished project.I've had no idea what to expect and you out did the usual name plaque scenario .A 45 degree or 30 degree beveled cutting edge would be the icing on the cake too .She's going to proudly display your work for the multitude coming in to shop! Very well done!

  20. Don't forget about the torch helping rid the fuzzyies too! I use a small stainless bbq cleaning brush to helpout too. And then a great find was a dremil sanding mop(flap wheel) i put in my battery drill for quick removal of sand able unwanted wood particles ;) ;) ;)
