    It's not been easy, finding quality time to scroll but managed to squeeze in an hour here and there.One is 15" & the other is 16" in walnut .One is 1 1/8th " thick and the other is 7/8's thick one took 3.5 hours to cut the other 4 hours .The first eagle i cut was 10" and took 2 hours and i think it was thinner than either of these too. A scroll reverse #12 was used to get them out of the large wood blank ,And then a scroll reverse # 7 did the inside fret work..thanks for looking!

    Victorian anything is beautiful !This is no exception! Incredibly precise scrolling here from just a "scroller" is over qualified for the task!Makes my mouth water looking at such detail,what a work of art!

    It's best to stack cut thin wood so you'll have an extra but more importantly it's much safer as it slows down the cutting speed and not as slippery to make a mistake.Very nice looking finished project done by you. :) :) :)

    Acetone breaks down the adhering quality's of glues.It evaporates fast so a mix of mineral spirits and Acetone helps .
