A rare find !A master of spirals ,Welcome to the club!

Spirals i need to clamp the bottom first .As i do i can see from the top of the blade how it rotates being tightend from the twist in the blade . If i do the top first i'll fight and lose the battle trying to keep the blade from walking it's self out of the thumb screw on the bottom.This is on every saw iv'e used.

Bobby don't be like sheep and follow each one over the cliff,lol.I was to lazy to get out of my chair and find a different shade of wood for the project,shame on me , but a quick fix!

Marge ,Paint ?ok ok i'll do something.I was at wallymart looking for food coloriing but they weren't the store i found that has big bottles of food coloring $5. a piece , thanks for the comment!

looks just like the sagura 14" i just aquired

so that's what a q 3 looks like.i've had one look a like and now have another .Best bearings on any scroll saw i;'ve seen 1/4" roller bearings, The truest running straight up and down blade i've ever watched!My circuit board destructed from a faulty foot switch on the first one.I put grease fittings on the first one and it would have lasted forever! the silver disc's on the side are where i put grease zerk fittings to keep gease packed in the roller bearings.

contact glue some thin or thick formica on top of the dw table and file the edges smooth.No need for wax and is super slippery for wood.Clean up is just a puff of air over it!

I used in the beginning of my scrolling day a .o16 blade the most that were sold in a variety pack at the big box store cutting 3/4" plywood exclusively,no problems
