  1. Good advice Carl! If you don't get flat ends your will have the blade walking out of the clamps before you can tighten them.

  3. I only had two problems with harbor freight stuff ,their scroll saw and a wet or dry sharpener with plastic gears.I too have all their sanding drums and sleeves when i did intarsia.

  8. I'm surprised you would do a thing like this to leave a black eye as your signature.Take one screw out drill a hole large enough for a dowel to slide in easily and glue it into the project .Do the same for the other screw,scheezh!Don't drink and scroll !

  13. You will find comments on all speeds for spirals.It probable depends mostly on the wood,grain,thickness,blades and skills you have,They are a joy to use once you figure out their temperments.

  17. Looks usefull,i don't try anything tricky with a band saw,I'm scared to just turn it on as maybe the blade will fly off and get me,like dropping a running chain saw !!They are unforgiving!!

  22. Look at the Pro scrolling getting a 10 already on this project.I'm going to have to oil my machine and wipe the dust off,Very good combination of hard work and great scrolling!
