HERE IT BE she thought all the names i showed her were$5 dollars weeks ago ,but i told her those must have been only 5 letters as it 's a dollar a letter.So she ordered more but cut the names to nicknames .they total $76 dollars but i'll give it to her for $5 dollars a name to sweeten the deal for getting so many names.Christmas is coming.By the way a few folks here in ssv designed business cards for me and i gave her one weeks ago and thats why i got the job here Thank you ssv members! Thanks DW, i finally got into my pain pills which i avoid taking but i was hurtin bad gretting up and down so much with all this work,plus lugging home barrels of cedar put me overbthe edge in pain.when ithe pill wore off i realized how much i got used to the pain i've had since february.OMG !I'm going going going to try and get this stuff out the door but as usual the customers are not answering the phone for pertinent questions and communication to help make the deadlines.My cedar supplyer is not getting my wood orders correct either for his 20 sleigh's & 40 reindeer.

That's exactly what else accompanyed my dewalt problem i've been having.My thumb screw for the blade tightening was bottoming out and not tightening enough even thoug i cranked it down hard.all fixed now by entending the allen bolt directly in front of the thumb screw.2 minute fix.I've been having this problem since i stared the sleigh's and reindeer for a week.

I find that cutting any wood it flexes , some more some less .Just like a guitar string ,they are very tight but will flex if pushed or pulled .With the blade not tightened properly it will bend more as you cut more from the give and take movement of the blade.Today on my dewalt no matter what i did the blade would come loose right away.I've had dewalts 4 years now maybe more maybe less and have never had this problem. Ends up it's the thumb screw blade tightening screw is bottoming out against the knob i glued on years ago .Once i found out what the problem is i turned in the allen bolt directly across from the thumb screw and the fixed the problem.
